1. Information We Collect

Personal Identification Information

When you register, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and profile picture.

User-Generated Content

Messages, session notes, homework submissions, and other content you create within the apps.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including session times, features used, and device information.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Media & Hardware Access

With your permission, we may access your camera and microphone for video tutoring sessions.

3. Information Sharing and Third Parties

• Google Firebase — Authentication, database, storage, and cloud functions
• Agora.io, Inc. — Real-time video and audio communication for tutoring sessions
• Payment Processors (Stripe, PayPal) — Secure payment processing
• Google Ads (Google LLC) — Advertising measurement on lawhacademy.com
• Snap Inc. (Snapchat) — Advertising measurement for visitors who arrive from our Snapchat ads
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) — Messages you send us

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Our Website, WhatsApp and Advertising Measurement

Our home, curriculum and terms pages load the Google tag (Google Ads). It sends Google technical data such as your IP address, records taps on WhatsApp links, and may store cookies or similar data on your device, for example an ad click for up to 90 days. For UK, EEA and Swiss visitors it is set to “denied” for ad and analytics cookies, ad user data and ad personalisation. We have switched ad personalisation (remarketing) off for every visitor, so the tag is used only to measure our ads.

If you arrive from an ad, our own code keeps its click identifier and campaign details (which may include an approximate-location code) in session storage for that session only, and adds a reference made from the click identifier and campaign number (“Ref: G-…”) to the pre-filled WhatsApp message. You can edit or delete it before sending.

If you send it, we may upload the click identifier to Google Ads with the type and time of a later step (qualified chat, free lesson attended or first payment) and a fixed value we set for each step, to measure our ads. We do not upload names, phone numbers or message contents. Google accepts uploads only within 90 days of the click, and we keep click identifiers for this no longer than 90 days.

If you arrive from one of our Snapchat ads, the same pages also load the Snap Pixel (Snap Inc.). It sends Snap technical data such as your IP address, browser and the page visited, the Snapchat click identifier, and a record when you tap a WhatsApp link, and it may store a cookie (_scid) on your device. It is not loaded for visitors who do not come from a Snapchat ad, and we do not use it to build audiences of our visitors. The WhatsApp reference then starts with “S-”. If you contact us on WhatsApp (+20 111 333 5813), our team uses your phone number, display name and messages to reply and arrange lessons; WhatsApp (Meta) also processes them.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Please visit our Data Deletion Request page or contact us directly.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are designed for use by children under parental supervision. We require parental consent for users under 13 years of age in compliance with COPPA.
